phdream.vip is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
phdream.vip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful processing. phdream.vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

All transactions on phdream.vip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdream.vip does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
